Grandma's Weeknight Omelette

A fast, buttery omelette she'd make on nights nothing else sounded good.

Serves 1~8 min

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

    Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a splash of water, and whisk until smooth.

    Melt the butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.

    Pour in the eggs, let them set at the edges, then sprinkle on the cheese.
