1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload, speak, or submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Not use the Service to store or publish content you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

2. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the recipes, transcripts, photos, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant FlavorSavor a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you, including generating a structured recipe from your voice input and, if you choose to make a recipe public, displaying it to other visitors at a shareable link.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit and, if applicable, publicly share it.

3. AI-generated recipes — "as is," no warranty

FlavorSavor uses artificial intelligence to transcribe your speech and generate structured recipe content (ingredients, steps, quantities, timing, and related details) from your input. All AI-generated recipe content is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

FlavorSavor does not guarantee that any recipe is accurate, safe, complete, allergen-free, or free of transcription or generation errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using your own judgment before relying on any recipe — particularly with respect to quantities, cook times, temperatures, ingredient substitutions, and any food-safety- critical step (such as canning, curing, or safe internal cooking temperatures). If you or anyone you are cooking for has a food allergy or dietary restriction, you must independently verify every ingredient. When in doubt, consult a trusted, tested source rather than relying solely on AI-generated guidance.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLAVORSAVOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLAVORSAVOR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM FOODBORNE ILLNESS, ALLERGIC REACTION, OR OTHER HARM RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON RECIPE CONTENT, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting purahmanian@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice where required by law.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and without regard to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
